Setting point limits
Set point limits for segment groups and members that can be awarded by Control Center users when using the Add/Deduct Points tool.
Important: This feature is only available to admin users.
To set point limits:
- Navigate to Settings > Limits.

Configure the limit details for Segment Groups:
- Select the maximum number of points that a Control Center user can award to a segment. The default is 10 points. You can enter a custom amount.
- Select the information shown to the Control Center user:
- Amount remaining shows the number of segment groups remaining for a client's program.

Configure the limit details for Members:
- Select the maximum number of points that a Control Center user can award to a member when adding or deducting points. The default is No Limit. A custom amount can be set.
- Click Update Limits.
