Setting point limits

Set point limits for segment groups and members that can be awarded by Control Center users when using the Add/Deduct Points tool.

Important: This feature is only available to admin users.

To set point limits:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Limits.
  2. Configure the limit details for Segment Groups:

    • Select the maximum number of points that a Control Center user can award to a segment. The default is 10 points. You can enter a custom amount.
    • Select the information shown to the Control Center user:
      • Amount remaining shows the number of segment groups remaining for a client's program.
  3. Configure the limit details for Members:

    • Select the maximum number of points that a Control Center user can award to a member when adding or deducting points. The default is No Limit. A custom amount can be set.

  4. Click Update Limits.
