Member care

Member care is generally used by Customer Service in order to manage members in your rewards program.

With member care, you can:

  • create and edit users
  • look up profile information
  • view tier history
  • view point expiration information
  • view point sharing information
  • view segment information
  • add customer service notes
  • view purchase details
  • view receipt upload details
  • view log of activities/rewards completed
  • add/remove points from a member's account
  • deactivate/reactivate members
