Import Adobe Analytics Data Connectors data

Data is available for targeting

You can target on recent Web behavior data along with email behavior and profile attributes. For example, you can design a filter for targeting engaged contacts who clicked on an email in the last 5 days and abandoned in the last 2 days. You can also target on lapsed contacts, such as all contacts who have not purchased in the last 3 months, but have clicked, abandoned, or browsed in the last 2 weeks.

After establishing the Adobe Analytics Data Connectors integration, Oracle CX Audience retrieves Web events from Adobe Analytics Data Connectors and processes the data daily to be made available for use in filter expressions for targeting. The attributes are the following Web Recency Attributes:

  • Last abandoned date
  • Last browsed date
  • Last purchased date

To import Adobe Analytics Data Connectors data:

  1. Click A screenshot of the navigation menu icon, and select Connect from the Data menu.
  2. On the All jobs tab, click Create job and select Import From Omniture Genesis .
  3. Select the Report Suite/Integration Number and then click Test Configuration.
  4. In the Remarketing Data step, configure the data to import and where to add the data.
    • Omniture-Genesis segments: You can select three daily behavioral events for data: Browse, Abandon, and Purchase.
    • Purge event records that are older than: Choose how long you want to retain event records. The presets range from 15 days to 365 days.
  5. In the Notification step, select whether to receive email notification after each job run, only after a failed job, or not at all.
