Installing the Oracle Maxymiser app
Important: Oracle will discontinue Oracle Maxymiser Cloud Service and its Eloqua app on May 31, 2024. Begin reducing use now and uninstall by that date. The app will no longer function after this date. For uninstallation guidance, see Managing installed apps. Learn more about alternative services.
To install the Oracle Maxymiser app:
- Follow the install URL provided:
- For Maxymiser U.S. customers: https://login.eloqua.com/Apps/Cloud/Admin/Catalog/Add/0d72609a-76f0-4615-94c1-f93b596f8980/66-E6-02-C3-C9-AB-79-77-93-11-BF-D3-61-23-EF-9B

Note: If you have IP allowlists enabled,
- Click Get App.
- Log in with your Eloqua credentials, if required.
- Click Accept and Install to add the app to your Apps list.
- Click Sign In to grant permission for the app to communicate with Eloqua on your behalf.
- Click Accept or switch users.
The app is now installed and can be viewed in your Apps list (Settings
> Apps, under the Platform Extensions section). You can configure your app now or at a later time.
You can return to the Apps list at any time and view the app description, modify the configuration settings, reinstall, or uninstall it. You can also check its status and dependencies.
Warning: To modify configuration settings, navigate to Apps, select your app, and click the Configure icon 
. Selecting the Reinstall icon 
will force you to go through the entire configuration process again. The app will be unavailable for all users during the reinstall. All existing assets, configurations and history are preserved when you reinstall an app. Also, you can choose to delete an app by clicking the Uninstall 
. In this case, all current assets, configurations, and history are permanently deleted.
