Contact views
A Contact view is an arrangement of contact fields that can be customized. Contact views enable you to view specific contact fields according to your preferences.
Administrators can create contact views and then use permissions to determine what security groups or users have access to the view. For example, create a custom view for your sales users so that when they use Profiler, they are seeing the most relevant information. Or create a custom view for your basic marketing users that doesn't include sensitive contact information.
Users can change the view being displayed when they are working in Oracle Eloqua or apps like Profiler or Engage.
In the Redwood experience, users can also customize the view by reordering or hiding columns.
