Modifying email templates
You can change the layout and content of an email template. Changing the template does not change any emails that were created using the template.
Note: To manage templates, you must have the Manage Templates action permission and asset permissions for the asset.
To modify a template from the template manager:
- Navigate to Assets
, then click Emails.
- Open the templates list:
- In the classic UI, click Manage Templates.
- In the Redwood experience, choose Templates from the page selector.
- Open the template you want to change and make your changes.
