Setting up DLT for sending SMS messages to India

Important: This feature is only available if your organization has purchased SMS services. Please contact your account manager for additional information and pricing.

With Oracle Eloqua, you can ensure your SMS messages in India use templates registered with the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), introduced under the TRAI TCCCPR regulations. Oracle Eloqua instances that want to send messages to contacts in India must have their business registered on the DLT platform. Oracle Eloqua provides you with the ability to upload the approved templates along with header association. When your marketing users select an India SMS code, also called header, in the message editor, they must choose from one of the approved uploaded templates for that code, or header. This template lookup functionality simplifies the campaign creation process by allowing marketers to select from already uploaded, approved templates. Learn more about this regulation.
