What is the The Oracle CX Tag?

The Oracle CX Tag allows you to implement Oracle Infinity tracking and various other CX products (for example, Oracle Maxymiser) on your website so you can collect digital behaviors in real time, apply intelligence to that data, and offer recommended actions to enhance the digital customer experience—at the exact right moment.

What about using APIs and Mobile SDKs? It is recommended that you first set up the Oracle Infinity platform for web to allow you to explore and understand the core concepts before moving on to more advanced methods such as using the Data Collection API or the Mobile SDK.
