What is Oracle Maxymiser?

Oracle Maxymiser’s intuitive self-serve interface enables marketers and developers to make data-driven decisions to win and retain customers. From simple A/B to complex multivariate tests, Oracle Maxymiser’s robust platform, powerful real-time personalization capabilities, product recommendations, and automated insights make it easy.

Getting Started

Don’t have an Oracle Maxymiser account yet?
Please see New Customers and Upgrading Customers for guidance.

Log in to Oracle Maxymiser UI with the credentials you received by email. Please note, that when logging in for the first time you are prompted to change your password.

Enable Oracle Maxymiser

Maxymiser can be enabled on a website by embedding a customer-specific CX Tag onto its pages. The implementation involves dealing with flicker (also known as Flash of Original Content), so please follow the instructions below for a seamless experience with the product:

  1. Ensure you have implemented* the Oracle CX Tag on your website.
  2. Enable the Maxymiser module under CX Tag configuration.

Activate Infinity Integration

To establish a connection between your Maxymiser and Infinity accounts, please perform these steps:

  1. Open Maxymiser UI account settings.
  2. Enter your Infinity password.

This allows the use of Heatmaps and In-session Behavioral Personalization.
