Content Performance Dashboard

This dashboard helps you understand and measure performance of dynamic content modules used in an email message.

This dashboard includes the following table:

To open the Content Performance dashboard:

  1. Click from any page in Responsys Express.
  2. Click Insights. This opens a new web browser tab or window and signs you in to the Oracle BI Interactive Dashboards - Analytics page.

  3. Select the Email tab.
  4. Expand Performance, and then click Content.

Dimensions

A dimension is a data attribute used to categorize or filter a measure. A measure by itself has no meaning if presented without the context of a dimension.

Dimension Definition
Campaign Name of the campaign
Message Name of the message
Dynamic Content Module Reusable definitions of dynamic content used in the message body. When dynamic content is not used in a message, this shows a value of "Not Specified."

Measures

A measure is a numerical measurement representing the calculations gathered from your instance and applied to your reports.

Sent Number of sent messages.
Bounce Rate (Bounced / Sent) * 100%
Delivered Rate (Delivered / Total Emails Sent) * 100%
Open Rate (Opens / Delivered) * 100%
Unique Open Rate (Unique Opens / Delivered) * 100%
Click-Through Rate (Total Clicks / Delivered) * 100%
Unsubscribes do not register as Clicks and therefore do not contribute to the calculation of Click-Through Rate, which is why a message's Click-Through Rate may be different from its Unsubscribe Rate.
Unique Click-Through Rate (Unique Clicks / Delivered) * 100%
Responder Rate (Responders / Delivered) * 100%
Conversion Rate (Conversions / Delivered) * 100%.
Unsubscribe Rate (Unsubscribes / Delivered) * 100%
Unsubscribes do not register as Clicks and therefore do not contribute to the calculation of Click-Through Rate, which is why a message's Click-Through Rate may be different from its Unsubscribe Rate. Learn more about setting up the default unsubscribe action for messages.
Spam Complaints Rate Number of all spam complaints as reported to Responsys Express by the ISPs. Only spam complaints from specific ISPs are considered in this metric.
Revenue Per Email (Total Revenue / Total Delivered).
