Organization Performance Dashboard
This dashboard helps analyze the performance of messages broken up by the Organization Unit of the recipients that respond to the messages.
Note: Because targeting by organization is not applicable for Responsys Express, the Org Unit dimension will display "(Unspecified)" for all charts and tables on this dashboard.
This dashboard includes the following charts and table:

- Message Performance by Org Unit Table
To open the Org Performance dashboard:
- Click
from any page in Responsys Express. -
Click Insights. This opens a new web browser tab or window and signs you in to the Oracle BI Interactive Dashboards - Analytics page.
- Select the Email tab.
- Expand Performance, and then click Organization.
About the Org Unit list
Because targeting by organization is not applicable for Responsys Express, the only available choice for Org Unit drop-down list is Unspecified.
Dimensions
A dimension is a data attribute used to categorize or filter a measure. A measure by itself has no meaning if presented without the context of a dimension.

| Message | Name of the message |
| Org Unit | Because targeting by organization is not applicable for Responsys Express, the Org Unit dimension is always "(Unspecified)". |
Measures
A measure is a numerical measurement representing the calculations gathered from your instance and applied to your reports.

| Click-Through Rate | (Total Clicks / Delivered) * 100% Unsubscribes do not register as Clicks and therefore do not contribute to the calculation of Click-Through Rate, which is why a message's Click-Through Rate may be different from its Unsubscribe Rate. |
| Conversion Rate | (Conversions / Delivered) * 100%. |
| Delivered Rate | (Delivered / Total Emails Sent) * 100% |
| Open Rate | (Opens / Delivered) * 100% |
| Revenue Per Email | (Total Revenue / Total Delivered). |
| Sent | Number of sent messages. |
| Unsubscribe Rate | (Unsubscribes / Delivered) * 100% Unsubscribes do not register as Clicks and therefore do not contribute to the calculation of Click-Through Rate, which is why a message's Click-Through Rate may be different from its Unsubscribe Rate. Top Performing Org Units Chart
This chart trends performance metrics of the top-performing Organization Units. Use the drop-down menu to switch between measures: Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, Delivered Rate, Open Rate, Revenue Per Email, Sent, or Unsubscribe Rate.
Org Unit Performance Trend Chart
This chart trends performance metrics for Organization Units over the sent date of the campaign. Use the drop-down menu to switch between measures: Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, Open Rate, or Revenue Per 1K Email.
Message Performance by Org Unit Table
This report provides granular analysis of campaigns and messages for each Organization Unit. Click the name of a campaign or message for more granular analysis. Click the Return button to go back to the main dashboard
