Connecting a Responsys account to a Facebook ad account

This section describes the steps you need to follow to configure the Facebook Custom Audience app in Oracle Responsys. It is assumed that the Facebook Custom Audiences and corresponding Facebook ads have already been created and configured in your Facebook account. Learn more about the steps for configuring the Facebook Custom Audience app within Oracle Responsys.

To connect your Oracle Responsys account to your Facebook ad account:

From the side navigation bar, select Account. (If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the icon.).
Note: Only users with Account Administrator role can access this component in Responsys. If you do not have this role in Responsys, you must work with a Responsys Account Administrator to complete this task.
Select App management.
Select the Facebook Custom Audiences app from the list of apps.
Click , then Add Credentials.
Add your Facebook account or accounts to the app to enable the app to access the Custom Audiences.
Provide a description.
Indicate whether you’d like this Facebook account to be the default credential.
Click on Login to Facebook.
Provide your Facebook account credentials and click Log In.
Your Facebook accounts now display in the app configuration screen in Oracle Responsys.
