Setting Idle Session Timeout
You can set the maximum number of minutes after which Oracle Responsys logs out inactive users (i.e. session timeout). You can choose a session timeout of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
To set the idle session timeout:
- From the side navigation bar, select
Account .
(If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the 
icon.)
- Select Global settings, and then select Account settings. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)
- Locate the Idle session timeout list and select the required setting.
- Click Save.
