Setting user lockout time for your account

By default, Oracle Responsys will lock a user out of the system after 5 unsuccessful login attempts. When a user is locked out, the login page will display a notification when they try to log in. In addition, the user and the Account Administrator will receive an email notification.

The user will be able to log in again with the correct user name and password after the specified lockout time. You can set the user lockout time for your Oracle Responsys account. The default lockout time is 60 minutes. Alternatively, you can require that only an account administrator can unlock the user. Learn more about unlocking a user's account.
