With Oracle Responsys, you can help ensure your India SMS partners use templates registered with the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), introduced under the TRAI TCCCPR regulations. Responsys accounts that want to send messages to contacts in India must have an Entity ID and must register their templates and headers on the DLT platform. Responsys provides you with the ability to upload the templates along with header association. We ask that customers maintain their entity ID separately in account management. When your marketing users select an India SMS code tied to that sender name in the Message Designer, they must choose from one of the approved uploaded templates. This template lookup functionality simplifies the campaign creation process by allowing marketers to select from already uploaded, approved templates, rather than having to copy and paste these template into the campaign.
