Editing User Information
After creating a user, you can change the user if necessary.
What you can manage in Responsys depends on whether you user profiles are setup in Responsys or in Oracle Identity Cloud.

When you login in to Responsys, if you are shown the Responsys login page, user profiles are managed in Responsys. You can manage the user profile details in Responsys as well as manage user roles, and if applicable, organizations, and translations.

When you login, if you are redirected to the Oracle Cloud login, user profiles are managed in Oracle Identity Cloud. Using Oracle Identity Cloud, you can update the user's details, and assign them access to the Responsys application. In Responsys you can manage user roles, and if applicable, organizations, and translations.
To edit a user:
- As an Account Administrators, select
Account on the side navigation bar.
- Search for User management or choose User identity management, and then select User management.
- Choose the user and click Edit.
- Make your changes and click Change.
