Print a credit memo

Use More actions > Create PDF on a credit memo to generate a PDF containing its saved transaction information. You can review, download, or print the resulting document.

Before you begin

You need an existing credit memo. The PDF reflects the credit memo information saved when you create it.

To print a credit memo:

1. On any page containing the credit memo, select the credit memo number to open the transaction in view mode.

2. From the More actions list, select Create PDF.
