Edit a subscription plan

Edit a subscription plan when you need to change the reusable settings or item lines used to create subscriptions. Open Menu, select Subscriptions, and then select Manage subscriptions.

Edit the subscription plan

  1. Open Menu, select Subscriptions, and then select Manage subscriptions.
  2. Select the Subscription plans tab.
  3. Open the subscription plan.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Update the available plan details, such as the name, description, billing frequency, billing mode, or duration type.
  6. To update a plan line, select Edit, change the available values, and then select Apply.
  7. To add a plan line, select Add item.
  8. To remove a plan line, select Remove for the line.
  9. Select Update.

Important limitation

A subscription plan that contains a usage line must use In arrears billing mode.
