General
Use Menu > Administration > QuickStart settings > General to configure account-wide behavior that is not specific to one work area. The available categories cover transaction and entity numbering, transaction sequences, default regional formats, and preview settings enabled for the account.
Open Menu > Administration > QuickStart settings > General. The available categories are:

Transactions, where you configure transaction numbering and prefixes.

All transaction sequences, where you review the sequences created for transaction types and fiscal years.

Entities, where you configure numbering for entity records.

Region, where you set the account time zone and regional format.
Additional categories can appear when their corresponding features are enabled. For example, MCP Server controls the preview integration endpoint, and Ask Oracle approvals controls when Ask Oracle asks before accessing or changing business information.
