	Project summary The Project Summary feature streamlines how you capture and share project status updates. Leveraging generative AI, it pulls together comprehensive project data into clear, professional summaries so your team and clients always stay in the know. Generate polished project summaries automatically using live report data. Disclaimer: Remember to review and edit AI-generated content as necessary before saving each summary. Customize each summary by selecting relevant input reports and key sections like highlights and potential risks. Save and share multiple project summaries throughout the project lifecycle, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed. Note: The Project Summary is an optional feature. To enable the feature in your company's account, contact SuiteProjects Pro Support.

	Global Search Extensions Search the following record types using any of the listed information for each record type. Invoices - Invoice number, Status, Invoice date, Customer, Project, Project owner. Issues - Issue synopsis, Issue stage, Issue #, Severity, Assigned to, Date, Entered by, Customer, Project. Project discussions - Fragment of message content, Project, Customer, Author, Date. Timesheets - Timesheet name, Approval status, Start date, End date, Total hours, Employee. Time-off requests - Time-off request #, Approval status, Start date, End date, Total hours, Employee, Customer, Project.
