What's New - 2026.1 Release Notes

• The SuiteProjects Pro 2026.1 release notes are available - 2026.1 Release Notes · April 11, 2026.

• Interim release notes were deleted and incorporated into the release notes for the SuiteProjects Pro 2026.1 release.

• The SuiteProjects Pro 2025.2 release notes were archived. You can view 2025.2 release notes only from SuiteProjects Pro Help Center.

What's New - Interim Release Notes

Added Changes to Supported Currencies - The Caribbean Guilder (XCG) is now a supported currency.

NetSuite Integration

• Added NetSuite integration administration setting Support multiple currencies for SuiteTax (requires SuiteProjects Pro SRP Integration bundle version 5.05) - Enable this setting when using SuiteTax and Multiple Currencies in NetSuite.

• Updated Import taxes applied to exported invoices and Invoice Mapping Group - Added notes about the bundle update and NetSuite integration setting required when SuiteTax and Multiple Currencies in NetSuite. See also Support multiple currencies for SuiteTax (requires SuiteProjects Pro SRP Integration bundle version 5.05).

• Updated the version history for the following NetSuite bundles:

  • SuiteProjects Pro SRP Integration - Bundle ID 369637 (Previously 2851) - Added version 5.05.

  • SuiteProjects Pro ARM - Bundle ID 370366 (Previously 217172) - Added version 1.03.

Added End of Support for Exchange Integration Manager - Support for Exchange Integration Manager (EIM) ended on January 13, 2026.

What's New - Interim Release Notes

• Added Custom Field Order Extended Coverage - Change the order of fields on the customer form.

• Updated Changes to Resource Center - Column names include the object type as well as the field name, the Active field for resources is available as a column and for filter conditions, and we're gathering user feedback using the optional feature-specific survey.

• Updated Changes to Project Discussions - Use conditions is, is not, is at least one of, and is not any of and select the relevant resources when adding a filter condition based on the resource name.

Updated SuiteWorld Presentations - Added links to presentation decks about SuiteProjects Pro from SuiteWorld 2025.

Administrator Guide

• Updated Field Order - Change the order of fields on the customer form.

• Updated Setting Company Exchange Rates - Corrected error in company rates description. The company exchange rates are used only to set the default value for exchange rates on foreign currency receipts.

API

Added the following Error Codes:

• 703 - Delete failed

• 1423 - Can't modify newsfeed

• 1424 - Message does not exist

• 1425 - Editor not set

• 1426 - Add failed

• 1427 - Modify failed

• 1428 - Newsfeed not assigned to any entity

Note:

These error codes were introduced in 2025.1.

Optional Features

Updated Feature-Specific User Satisfaction Feedback Form - We're now using the optional survey to gather user feedback about the resource center.

• Added Changes to Project Discussions - Contributor avatars show the contributor's profile picture if the user has a profile picture, or the contributor's initials otherwise.

• Added Changes to Resource Center - Text-area cells usability enhancement.

Updated Field Order - Added lists of forms supporting the field order functionality.

Optional Features

• Updated Customized User Avatars - Project discussion contributor avatars show the contributor's profile picture if the user has a profile picture, or the contributor's initials otherwise.

• Updated Resource Center - Enabling this feature should be scheduled during off-peak hours for your account.
