Resources
Resources are employees, vendors, or other NetSuite entity records you can assign work to. In the scheduler, resources display with a circular avatar displaying their image or initials.
Online Status
Resources display a green status icon when they've recently used the Field Service Mobile app.
Context Menu
Right clicking or Ctrl + Left clicking a resource opens a context menu. Click the menu title to go to the record in NetSuite.
Marker
Centers the map on the resource.
Mobile
Opens a mobile emulator for that resource. This only shows up if the resource is a mobile user and your role has Mobile Administrator permission.
Letter
Opens an email draft addressed to that resource using the default email application.
Phone
Starts a phone call with the default VoIP application.
