Viewing the Account Warmer Details

After setting up the Account Warmer, open the Account Warmer Portlet, or click the shortcut link and the Account Warmer details will appear. You can see a status badge that indicates whether warming is In Progress or Complete.

The details page includes a Run Now button that you can use if you want to re-run warming on demand. The button will switch the status badge to In Progress and refresh the results when finished. To reduce load, Account Warmer typically runs one time every 24 hours.

You can also access a performance table indicating improvement percentages for two actions:

  1. Create Record

  2. Search and Load Record

The results of these actions are grouped by the most-used record types in your account.

Note:

If you do not see results immediately, allow time for the first run to complete, or use the Run Now button. If you still don't see results, ensure the SuiteApp is installed in your account and that your role can personalize the dashboard to add the Account Warmer Portlet.

You can view how many records are in each of the most-used record types. You can also see the load time before warm up, after warm up, and the first load improvement made by using the Account Warmer on those record types.
