Using the Account Warmer Portlet
After installed, open the Account Warmer Portlet. You can see a status badge that indicates whether warming is In Progress or Complete.
The Portlet includes a Manual Refresh button that you can use if you want to re-run warming on demand. The button will switch the status badge to In Progress and refresh the results when finished. To reduce load, Account Warmer typically runs one time every 24 hours.
You can also access a performance table indicating improvement percentages for two actions:

The results of these actions are grouped by the most-used record types in your account.
If you do not see results immediately, allow a few minutes for the first run to complete, or use the Manual Refresh button from the Portlet. If you still don't see results, ensure the SuiteApp is installed in your account and that your role can personalize the dashboard to add the Account Warmer Portlet.
