Configuring Account Warmer Settings

To configure the records that Account Warmer prioritizes, complete the following steps:

1. Open the Account Warmer Portlet, then click View Results.

2. Click Settings.

3. On the Account Warmer Settings page, select the record types to prioritize during warming.

4. Set the priority record type limit. You can select from 1 to 25 record types.

5. Click Save Priorities.

Note:

Account Warmer warms priority records first. It then warms records from the most-used record types, up to the applicable limit of 25 records per run.

Account Warmer typically runs a maximum of once every hour when the Home Screen loads.
