Account Warmer FAQ
The following questions and answers could be helpful if you have a question. If you need further help or want to report an issue, please contact your account administrator, or support team.
What should I expect from the Account Warmer SuiteApp?
The Account Warmer SuiteApp resolves issues of slow first load interactions in your account. You can now expect first interactions for the most-used record types after a warm-up to be similar to subsequent loads.
Some record types that don't support preloading (for example, custom records) may be skipped, but this is normal. They will be tried again on future runs.
What doesn't the Account Warmer SuiteApp do?
The SuiteApp does not speed up the UI rendering itself. It also does not improve the time it takes to save records.
Why can't I see the Account Warmer Portlet under Personalize > SuiteApps?
It's possible you have a previous version of the SuiteApp installed in your NetSuite Account. You'll need to remove the existing portlet to refresh the list and then you can try adding it again.
Do I need to add the Portlet for warming to work?
No. Warming runs automatically. The Portlet is only for visibility and manual refreshes.
Does the Account Warmer SuiteApp modify my data?
No. It does not save records.
Can I choose which record types are warmed?
No, not currently. The SuiteApp automatically targets your most-used record types.
