Setting the SuiteTax Latam Engine as the Tax Engine for Subsidiaries

Note:

• To access the documentation in Spanish, select Español (Latinoamérica) from the dropdown list at the top right corner of the NetSuite Help Center.

To calculate taxes with the SuiteTax Latam Engine SuiteApp, you must set the SuiteTax Latam Engine as the tax engine in your subsidiary's tax registration.

To set the SuiteTax Latam Engine as the subsidiary's tax engine:

1. Go to Setup > Company > Classifications > Subsidiaries.

2. Next to the subsidiary for which you want to calculate taxes with SuiteTax Latam Engine, click Edit.

3. Assign a tax registration to the subsidiary.

   1. Click the Tax Registration subtab.

   2. Enter the relevant information.

   3. In the Tax Engine column, select SuiteTax Latam Engine Plug-in.

   4. Click Add.

4. Click Save.
