How Output VAT is Displayed in Search Results
The VAT rate is calculated in the Amount (Transaction Tax Total) field.
Search results may display multiple lines for the same transaction, depending on the selected criteria and fields. In such cases, the Amount (Transaction Tax Total) will appear on each line, and the column total will add all displayed amounts.
Modify the saved search criteria to filter the results and obtain the relevant journal or lines. Record only the amount shown in the Amount (Transaction Tax Total) field for the applicable journal entry, not the total at the bottom of the column.
