Field Service Management (FSM) includes saved search links in the Field Service Center to help you track operational data and exceptions.
Note:
Available categories and links vary by center and role. Some links may be missing if roles don't have permissions to access them.
As an operations manager, you might:

Use saved searches to monitor daily operations. For example, you can look up tasks, cases, assets, projects, and consumables.

Review trends and recurring issues, and share your findings with service leadership.
