Operations managers handle day-to-day Field Service Management (FSM) operations in NetSuite so service technicians can work efficiently, and stakeholders can stay informed.

Field service operations focus on day-to-day workflows, monitoring, reporting, and follow-up across tasks, cases, assets, and technician activity. To manage these activities, use the Schedule Board and configure the Field Service Center dashboard in NetSuite with the relevant searches, KPIs, and scorecards your business uses. FSM has a set of saved searches with the prefix, Field Service, to help you get started.
