Field Service Management Administration

Administrators manage Field Service Management (FSM) in NetSuite so operations managers, schedulers, and technicians can rely on it day to day. FSM administration covers configuration, record setup, and managing the NetSuite features that shape how the Schedule Board and FSM Mobile behave.

The responsibilities of the FSM administrator role are highly technical and are often managed by NetSuite Professional Services or qualified NetSuite partners. However, customers with skilled internal IT resources may also carry some of these responsibilities.
