Configuring E-document Notes for Subsidiaries
France E-document notes provide additional structured information required for certain electronic invoices and credit memos. When France E-document notes are configured on subsidiary level, the workflow automatically populates them on the Invoice or Credit Memo transaction.
To enter E-document Note manually:

Go to Transactions > Sales > Create Invoices > List.

Click Edit next to the invoice.

Go to the France E-Invoicing subtab.

Select the Note Subject Code and the Note Text.

Click Add.

Click Save.
E-document Notes can be entered manually or they can be copied from the Subsidiary to newly created transaction.
To configure E-document Notes for Subsidiaries

Go to Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Record Types.

Locate the EUEI FR E-Doc Notes Subsidiary Config.

Click New Record in the New Record column.

On the EUEI FR E-Doc Notes Subsidiary Config page, fill in the following fields:

Note Subject Code
-
Note Text
-
Subsidiary
-
-
Click Save.
-
(Optional) Repeat the configuration for additional subsidiaries as needed.
