Creating and sending Outbound Transactions for France

To create and send outbound transactions for France:

  1. Go to Transactions > Invoices.

  2. Create or open an invoice.

  3. Fill in all the required fields related to your Invoice based on your use case, including:

    • France E-Invoicing Fields

    • France Structured Notes (EUEI FR E-Document Notes)

    • Third Parties on Invoice/Credit Memo

    • Payment Instructions

    • Document References

    • Delivery Date

  4. On the E-document subtab, make sure the France E-invoicing outbound Invoice/Credit Memo template is selected in the E-document Template field.

    Important:

    Your invoice must comply with the EN 16931 or FR Extended profiles, as well as with all applicable legislation, including commercial law and the French General Tax Code (CGI).

  5. Click Save.

  6. Click Generate E-document. The E-document Status field is set to Ready for Certification.

  7. Click Certify E-document to send the E-document.

  8. Check the E-document Status and E-document Audit Trail fields to see if it's successfully sent for certification.

Structured notes can be added automatically or manually.

Automatic behavior: Notes configured on subsidiary record are copied to transactions.
