Enhanced Timesheets Using WFM Wage Rules
With the Enhanced Timesheets Using Workforce Management Wage Rules feature, employees can enter time in weekly timesheets, preview a breakdown of their hours, and send those hours for approval.
The feature automatically calculates overtime hours based on the employees’ entries and the WFM wage rules enabled in the account.
By enabling this feature, organizations can save time, reduce errors, and ensure payroll accuracy with minimal manual effort.
The person in the company who manages WFM and NetSuite, such as a manager or bookkeeper, can configure the time entry options available to employees.
If your employees mostly use weekly timesheets to enter time, you should enable this feature for quicker overtime calculations.
If your organization uses WFM mobile apps to capture time, your employees shouldn’t manually enter time in weekly timesheets to avoid discrepancies.
Employee Type
This feature is applicable for nonexempt employees who must be paid overtime work, most commonly employees who need to enter work hours and are paid hourly wages.
