Approving Hours in Enhanced Timesheets Using WFM
This topic explains how managers, administrators, and other configured roles can approve time entries that employees submitted.
Using SuitePeople U.S. Payroll and Workforce Management, approved time entries are used to process payroll for employees.
Approved entries can only be edited by employees with the Administrator role. Regular employee roles can edit entries only if they’re not yet approved.
Approved time entries for employees included in the next payroll batch are considered paid. Administrators can no longer edit or delete these entries.
Keep best practices in mind when approving hours. For more information, see Best Practices and Limitations of Enhanced Timesheets Using WFM.
