Creating or Customizing Roles to Use Transaction Email Capture

An Administrator can create new roles or customize roles for Transaction Email Capture SuiteApp. For more information, see Assigning Roles to an Employee and Customizing or Creating NetSuite Roles.

By default, the following roles can access the Transaction Email Capture subtab in the vendor record:

Other roles for Transaction Email Capture need the vendor bill sender permission to access the subtab.

To grant the vendor bill sender permission to custom roles:

  1. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

  2. Click Edit next to the role that you want to grant permission to access the Transaction Email Capture subtab.

  3. On the Permissions subtab, go to the Custom Record subtab.

  4. From the Records list, select Vendor Bill Sender.

  5. In the Level column, select Full.

  6. To save the custom role record, click Save.
