Configuring Singapore PEPPOL-Ready e-Invoicing Preferences

Use the SG PEPPOL E-Invoicing Preferences page to configure preferences for the Singapore PEPPOL-Ready e-Invoicing SuiteApp.

By default, Administrator and CFO roles can access and update preferences. You can also assign permissions to custom roles to view or update preferences.

Each preference includes the following options:

• View - Displays the current preference settings.

• Edit - Lets you modify the preference.

Important:

To use the GST InvoiceNow feature, enable the Enable GST InvoiceNow preference. After you enable this preference, GST InvoiceNow feature-related options become available throughout the SuiteApp.

After you set this preference and start using GST InvoiceNow for e-invoicing, you cannot clear or disable it for your account.

You cannot create new preferences or modify preference metadata such as Change ID.

The GST InvoiceNow preference enables the GST InvoiceNow functionality related options on the SuiteApp.

To set the GST InvoiceNow preference:

You can record additional information in the User Notes and System Notes sections. These sections help you track preference changes and maintain configuration history.

1. Go to Setup > Singapore Localization > SG PEPPOL E-Invoicing Preferences.

2. Click Edit next to the Enable GST InvoiceNow preference.

3. Check the Enable GST InvoiceNow box.

4. Click Save.
