Verifying the Execution of Business Rules and Database Refreshes

After you run a job, you should go to the Jobs page and check the job logs to see the status of the rules that ran. On the Jobs page, you can see if a database refresh was successful. If a job runs successfully, its status is Completed. If the status isn't Completed, check the error log to see the specific errors what you may need to fix.

To check if a business rule ran:

  1. Click the Navigator icon Screenshot of the Navigator icon in NSPB, and under Application, select Jobs.

  2. Find the job you want to reivew under Recent Activity, and then check if the status is Completed.

  3. If the status is Completed with Errors or Error, click the Job Status link to see the error log.

    Review the error log to see if there's anything you need to fix.
