Manage Users and Data Access
Use user roles, groups, and security assignments to control access to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse data and features.
Add Users and Assigning Roles
Add NetSuite users or external users from the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse configuration page in NetSuite. Assign an NSAW role to each user to define the user's access level.

Manage User Groups
Use groups to manage access for multiple users. Create user groups in NetSuite, add users to the groups, and then assign application roles and security assignments as needed.

Map Security Assignments
Use security assignments to control the data that users can access. A security assignment maps a user or group to a specific security context and its values.
For example, you can use security assignments to restrict access to specific departments, ledgers, or other secured values.
