Features that consume NetSuite AI Units
Generative AI capabilities in NetSuite consume NetSuite AI Units when they are used. Examples include Ask Oracle, Case Summary, Narrative Insights, Prompt Studio, Text Enhance, the SuiteScript N/llm module, and Transaction Matching Assistant. SuiteApps that use NetSuite generative AI capabilities also consume NetSuite AI Units.
The NetSuite AI Connector does not consume NetSuite AI Units because its requests are executed outside NetSuite by the customer's selected AI provider. AI capabilities included in certain add-on modules-such as NetSuite Bill Capture, NetSuite EPM products, and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse-also do not use this consumption model.
