Shared pools and account-level usage
Your available NetSuite AI Units are provided through eligible user licenses, combined into a shared AI Unit pool at the customer-account level. The units are not reserved for the individual user whose license generated the allocation. Any authorized user in the account may consume units from the shared pool when using eligible AI features.
This pooled approach allows organizations to allocate AI usage according to business needs rather than assigning a fixed allowance to each individual user.
