Error Message

Suggested Solution

If you upload a Modelo 349 report containing negative tax bases, the AEAT online portal will raise an error. It informs you about a problem with your file import due to the presence of invalid characters.

To resolve this error:

  1. Review your operator's transactions to see if there are any with negative tax bases. These include transactions, such as credit memos, cash refunds, or credit bills. You can also verify if the credit transactions are included in the correct period (month/quarter), as this could also cause your operator's transactions having negative tax bases.

  2. Generate your Modelo 349 report and upload it to the AEAT online portal again.
