NetSuite Service Tier Statuses Explained

NetSuite Service Tiers fall into one of three statuses and are indicated by the status icons below: Under limit, Near limit, and Over limit.

The following descriptions can help direct your next steps to ensure that your account has the resources it needs to achieve optimal Service Tier implementation.

Under limit

Consuming between 0-80% of limits

You're within the limits of your current service tier, and its resources are serving your business well.

white exclamation point

Near limit

Consuming between 80-100% of limits

You're nearing the limits of your current service tier. Review your resource consumption and seriously consider upgrading to a higher service tier.

red exclamation point

Over limit

Consuming over 100% of limits.

You're over your service tier limits. For optimal account utilization, contact your account manager to upgrade to a higher service tier to better meet your needs.
