Service Tier Dashboard

The Service Tier Dashboard shows your NetSuite account usage and Service Tier metrics. The Service Tier metrics include:

To view your account’s usage details in the Service Tier Dashboard, go to Setup > Company > Service Tier Dashboard.

Interpreting Service Tier Dashboard Details

You can see the following details for your account:

  • Current: The number of resources currently used, or licenses provisioned, in your account.

  • Service Tier Limit: The maximum number of resources you can purchase under your current service tier.

  • % of Service Tier Limit: The current value of resources used, as a percentage of your resources limit.

Note:

You will see a warning banner if your account metrics go above your Service Tier limits.

NetSuite Service Tiers fall into one of three statuses and are indicated by the status icons below: Under limit, Near limit, and Over limit.

The following descriptions can help direct your next steps to ensure that your account has the resources it needs to achieve optimal Service Tier implementation.

Under limit

Consuming between 0-80% of limits

You are within the limits of your current service tier, and its resources are serving your business well.

white exclamation point

Near limit

Consuming between 80-100% of limits

You are nearing the limits of your current service tier. You should review your resource consumption and seriously consider upgrading to a higher service tier.

red exclamation point

Over limit

Consuming over 100% of limits.

You are over your service tier limits. For optimal account utilization, contact your account manager to upgrade to a higher service tier to better serve your increased operational needs.
