Service Tier Dashboard
The Service Tier Dashboard gives you a real-time view into your account’s usage metrics. The following service tier metrics are shown:
-
Monthly transaction lines (previous six-month rolling average)
-
Monthly transaction lines (previous month)
-
User licenses
-
SuiteCloud Plus licenses
Note:A SuiteCloud Plus license increases parallel processing capabilities, and the ability to process larger batches of transactions, data import/export jobs, and scheduled scripts.
-
File cabinet storage (in GB)
To view your account’s usage details in the Service Tier Dashboard, go to Setup > Company > Service Tier Dashboard or go to Setup > Company > View Billing Information and then click on your current service tier.
You can see your account’s:
-
Usage numbers
-
Service tier limits
-
Percentage of the service tier limits currently being used
-
Provisioned limits for your account
-
Percentage of your provisioned limits currently being used
Your provisioned account limits might differ from the service tier limits. For example, with a Premium service tier, the service tier maximum number of SuiteCloud+ licenses you can purchase is three, but you might have purchased only one. Your provisioned limit is one, but the service tier limit in this instance is three.
You will be alerted if your account metrics go above your service tier limits.
NetSuite Service Tiers fall into one of three statuses and are indicated by the status icons below: Meeting operational needs, Nearing usage limits, and Exceeding usage limits.
