Enabling the Brazilian Hub Tax Engine Plug-In (Brazilian Hub SuiteApp)
You must enable the Brazilian Hub (BRHub) Tax Engine Plug-in to use the Brazilian tax calculation feature with SuiteTax.
To enable the Brazilian tax engine plug-in:

Go to Customization > Plug-ins > Manage Plug-ins.

Check the BRHub - Engine Tax box.

Click Save.
