Enabling LPN Action
LPN Action (License Plate Number) lets companies create production records for lot controlled items, move items from bin to bin, and merge multiple LPNs. LPN Action is not enabled by default.
To enable LPN action:

Go to Advanced Manufacturing > Administration/Setup > Scanner Feature Configuration.

Select a Custom Form from the list.

Enter a LPN as the scanner Name.

Check the Is Enabled box.

If you do not want this BOM to show in search lists on records and forms, check the Inactive box.
If you want this BOM to show in lists, clear this box.

Click Save.
