Disabling a Real Time Build

Follow this procedure to disable default real time build when you create a Manufacturing Mobile work order.

Note:

It is advisable not to disable the Real Time Build box.

To disable default real time build for all work orders you create, see Manufacturing Mobile Preferences.

To disable a real time build:

1. Go to Transactions > Manufacturing > Enter Work Orders.

2. In the Custom Form field, select the Mfg Mobile - Work Order Form.

3. Complete the Work Order form.

4. Click the Manufacturing Mobile subtab.

   By default, the Real Time Build box is checked and enabled for all types of work orders.

   Real time build automatically records ERP transactions whenever you report consumption or production in the mobile scanner. The Submit Work option is unavailable in the mobile scanner. No action is required to submit or process data in NetSuite.

5. To manually trigger when ERP transactions are recorded and disable real time build, clear the Real Time Build box.

   The Submit Work option is available in the mobile scanner. You must tap this option to submit or process data in NetSuite.

6. Click Save.
