Analyzing Trends in the CFO KPI Balance Sheet : Cash Flow Dashboard

The CFO KPI Balance Sheet : Cash Flow Dashboard shows the Balance Sheet key performance indicators (KPIs) and year-over-year (YoY) variances. The dashboard also shows cash flow KPIs and cash activities by period, quarter, or full year. The dashboard includes Balance Sheet and Cash Flow trend graphs. The Balance Sheet trend graphs show asset and liabilities trend and their compositions. The Cash Flow trend graphs shows cash balance and free cash flow trends, and cash outflow and inflow trend.

This section gives general instructions for using these interactive subforms in the CFO KPI Balance Sheet: Cash flow Dashboard:

To analyze the Balance Sheet KPIs and trends:

Maximize or refresh each trend graph by clicking the Maximize icon Screenshot of the Maximinze icon or Refresh icon in each subform Screenshot of the Refresh icon.

  1. From the Home page, click the Reporting and Analytics card.

  2. To open CFO Dashboards, click the 4 tab on the left.

  3. Click CFO KPI Balance Sheet : Cash flow Dashboard.

  4. In the Point of View, choose a Version, Subsidiary, Currency, and Year.

  5. Review the Balance Sheet KPIs, YoY % Change, Cash Flow KPIs, and Cash Activities.

  6. Review the trends in each interactive subform for the selected year.

  7. (Optional) Drill down to individual trend levels in the graphs for these subforms:

    • Assets : Liabilities Trend

    • Asset Composition

    • Liabilities Composition

    • Cash Outflow : Inflow Trend

    To drill down to the individual trend details in a subform, click a specific line or segment in the graph or click a specific name in the legend.

  8. Hover over a series line or segment in any graph to see the series name, period (group), and value.
