Analyzing Trends in the Customer Revenue Dashboard
The Customer Revenue Dashboard shows Revenue trends and year-over-year (YoY) growth variances by Customer for the selected Account type. Use this dashboard to look at Revenue trends and YoY changes by Customer for the selected Account.
This section provides general instructions for using these interactive subforms in the Customer Revenue Dashboard:

Customer Rev Trend – Shows the total sales for the selected Account by Customer Category. You can see values as amount or percentage of total Revenue.

Customer Rev: YoY Variance – Shows the YoY growth percentage by Revenue type for the Current Period, Year-to-Date, Current Financial Year Total, and Next Financial Year Total. The subform lets you drill down to contributing Customer variance details.
To analyze Revenue trends by Customer for the selected Account:
Maximize or refresh each trend graph by clicking the Maximize icon and Refresh icon in each subform

From the Home page, click the Revenue and Gross Margin card.

To open Total Revenue, click the 3 tab on the left.

Click Customer Rev Dashboard.

In the Point of View (POV), choose a Version, Subsidiary, Currency, and Account.

In the Customer Rev Trend subform, to review total sales trends:

From the dropdown list, choose one of the following options:

To see the graph by value, select Amount.

To see the graph by percentage of the total Revenue, select % of Total Revenue.

Hover over a series point in the graph to see the series name, period (group), and value, and analyze the Revenue trend for each Customer.

In the Customer Rev: YoY Variance subform, to review the YoY growth percentage:

Click Total Customer in the legend to see the percentage YoY growth by Customer.

Hover over a series bar in the graph to see the series name, period (group), and value, and analyze the YoY variances for each Customer.
