NetSuite Pay is an integrated payment processing solution designed specifically for businesses that use NetSuite. NetSuite Pay lets you accept credit card payments online, over the phone, at the point of sale, or through another digital payment method, all with PCI-compliant data security. NetSuite maintains a complete record of the full transaction lifecycle, giving you a 360-degree view of your customer transaction history and detailed audit tracking while maintaining the security of payment card data.

Complete an application and onboarding process that is embedded in NetSuite (underwriting and merchant service are powered by Versapay).

NetSuite Pay Workflow
To begin, install the NetSuite Pay SuiteApp. Then, complete a merchant application that is approved by Versapay underwriting. After approval, you can set up the SuiteApp. For more information, see NetSuite Pay Setup.
When customers make payments using credit cards or ACH, Versapay processes these transactions, and they are reconciled. Daily and monthly settlement reports are available. You are notified of any open settlements that need to be resolved. For more information, see Using NetSuite Pay.
