NetSuite Pay Workflow

To begin, install the NetSuite Pay SuiteApp. Then, complete a merchant application that is approved by Versapay underwriting. After approval, you can set up the SuiteApp. For more information, see NetSuite Pay Setup.

When customers make payments using credit cards or ACH, Versapay processes these transactions, and they are reconciled. Daily and monthly settlement reports are available. You are notified of any open settlements that need to be resolved. For more information, see Using NetSuite Pay.
