NetSuite Pay Setup

You need to perform the following steps to implement NetSuite pay:

Install NetSuite Pay

Apply for a Merchant Account

  • Have the following information ready before starting the application:

    • Your businesses tax ID

    • Names, addresses, and individual tax IDs of any person who owns 25% or more of the business (unless your company is public)

    • Your business’ payment processing volume

    • Bank routing and account number into which you want the proceeds of your sales deposited

  • Complete your Versapay merchant application. See Submitting a Merchant Application.

  • Receive notice of application approval. The processing partner’s underwriting team will respond within 48 hours of receiving a complete application. You may receive a phone call or email for any questions or document needs. Delays in response may result in a slower application approval time. See Checking Merchant Application Status.
